How Does It Work?

START WITH DATA FROM MULTIPLE SOURCES

Emergency situations generate data. Lots of it. Crowdsourced personnel accountability reports from employees. Structured data from access control, human resource, visitor management and alarm systems. All of this data is typically housed in disconnected systems.

The people who rely on this data don't have time to access dispart systems. They need to know what’s happening right now, determine where help is needed, see who is safe all the while keeping people informed in a timely manner. Enter Share911.

FUSE THE DATA INTO COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE

As data flows into LiveView, collective intelligence that helps you make better, more informed decisions, in real-time.

Share911 integrates and transforms data, regardless of type or volume, into a single online repository we call LiveView.

SHARE911 IN ACTION

accounting for employees in the path of the storm

In September 2017, Hurricane Irma headed directly for the State of Florida in the United States. Irma's eye was directly in line with Tampa and St. Petersburg — Florida's third- and fourth-largest cities in the state's second-most-populous region — when it left Cuba as a Category 3 hurricane.

Across Florida, school districts, healthcare organizations and corporations with employees in harms way utilized Share911 to communicate with and conduct personnel accountability reporting (PAR) for their workforce before, during and after the storm. Employees could quickly report if they were in need of help or safe, providing valuable, real-time, collective intelligence. Once the storm had passed, the information collected via Share911 helped our customers get back in business and assist employees in need of help.
