DRILL MODE

Practice for real, without the alarm.

Built into the platform is a toggle we call Drill Mode. Switch it on and you can run a live, on-site drill from start to finish — alerts, notifications, the full response — clearly marked as practice the whole way through.

Your people rehearse the real motions without the real stress, and no one mistakes a drill for an actual emergency. It’s the difference between reading about an evacuation and having actually done one.

And every drill you run is captured as an after-action report — a timestamped record of who took part. That record is your drill compliance, ready the moment a mandate asks you to prove it.

WHY WE BUILD TRAINING IN FROM DAY ONE

The hardest lesson in emergency response is a simple one: a capability no one has been trained to use isn’t a capability at all. At Champlain Towers South in Surfside, the building had an alert system wired to an intercom in every unit — but the person on duty hadn’t been trained to use it, and it was never activated.

We’d rather your team never need any of this. But if the day comes, using Share911 or Share999 should be something they’ve already done — not something they’re learning for the first time.

BUILT FOR THE DRILLS YOU’RE ALREADY REQUIRED TO RUN

Many states require schools and other facilities to run regular drills — monthly or annually — for the events that matter most: an armed or violent intruder, a fire or other evacuation, and situations where sheltering in place is the safer choice. Drill Mode and our training program are designed to support those requirements — so the practice you’re already obligated to do is practice that genuinely prepares your people.
